Q. Is your shopping basket safe and secure?
A. Yes, your purchase is processed through Barclays Bank EPDQ secure systems
Q. What do do if my watch is faulty when it arrives?
A. Please notify us as soon as you discover the watch is faulty and return it to us for replacement.
Q. Do you provide full guarantee?
A. Yes, failure of your watch under normal wear within 1 year of purchase, will be replaced. You must return the watch to us for our expert to check out the reasons for failure and a replacement will be made. If a particular model is not available at the time we will replace as near as possible or newer version.
