Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, payment will be taken via Barclays Bank EPDQ We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and payment. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will dispatch the goods within 2 working days.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
We offer high quality service, so you can be confident that we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Simply Click on the category menu and choose a sub brand and the watches will display on the page.
Click on the image of the watch of your choice. To purchase add the number you want in the basket and follow the system through to purchase. You may use most credit and debit cards within the EPDQ system.
You will be emailed to say that the transaction was successful, and we will despatch your goods.
Remember to add your own details, so we know who you are and ensure that the delivery address is correct, or we will not know where to send your purchase.
If you are purchasing for yourself and the billing and delivery address are the same, click the button that allows for your billing address to be the delivery address.
We will deliver watches anywhere in the UK without any charge. The online price we quote is the full price you pay.
We can deliver to any address worldwide; however the timescale of delivery will depend on which courier we use and where you live. We will do our best to ensure delivery to worldwide destinations within our quoted online price.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, either by phone or email. You will find these details on our "Contact us" page.
Should you need to return damaged goods to us, or faults under the manufacturers warranty, please arrange for them to be sent to our central collection centre

Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights
— for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
